Costas Christoforou Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Committee
Costas joined CPM as General Manager in 2005. Charalambos joined CPM in 2016 as the Larnaca Office Manager, responsible for the overall management of the Larnaca operations, performance, and business development activities. In 2017 Charalambos was appointed as COO of the group while maintaining his involvement and role with the Larnaca Office. Charalambos has brought to CPM two decades of multicultural exposure in business, covering a wide range of experience in retail commerce, new venture finance, and strategic management consulting. Prior to joining CPM, Charalambos managed the operations of a consulting firm operating in Cyprus and Qatar, and before that he served as the Chief Executive Director of a national retail and wholesale trading company in Cyprus, where he managed the import/export network, partners and foreign relations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He is experienced in negotiations in commercial trading, ground operations, project management, and in human resources. Charalambos additional experience as a consultant with the U.S. Small Business Administration Agency based in Washington D.C. gave him a unique understanding of entrepreneurial development, business financing, and advocacy for small businesses in the United States, as well as a holistic approach in implementing process improvement methods and strategic management to entrepreneurships across three states and the District of Columbia.

Anna joined CPM in 2014 as Customer Relationship Manager and progressed into the role of a Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In 2015 Anna has been appointed as a member of the Management Team created with the goal of achieving the strategic objectives of the “Strategy 2020”. Anna has extensive experience in the corporate administration services as well as management reporting, compliance and accounting.Prior to joining CPM, Anna worked for International Tax & Corporate Services Department of KPMG where she was responsible for preparation of periodic management reports, budgeting, financial liquidity position, performance monitoring and compliance function. In fulfilling this role Anna also gained an extensive knowledge of the AML Regulations. The diversity of experience gained allowed her to progress into positions of increasing responsibility and leadership function.

Elena Christou Manager of Limassol Office
Elena joined CPM in 2013, as a Head Accountant in Limassol. During this period Elena was involved in large group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, trading in financial instruments and other complex transactions and was successfully handling clients with hundreds of millions under management. She is a qualified fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) with more than 13 years of experience in a variety of business fields specializing in accounting, payroll, and corporate services. Elena started her professional career with Big 4 Firm working as an auditor, where she gained international experience and had the opportunity to work with global groups of companies operating in the fields of oil and gas, shipping, financial services, real estate, securities, trusts, gaining valuable experience in financial matters, Tax and VAT legislation on a local and on an international scale as well as on corporate and compliance matters. Elena currently holds the position of the manager of Limassol office and is responsible for the overall management of Limassol operations and performance.

Elena Chrysanthou Subject Matter Expert - Legal Administration
Elena joined CPM in 2002 where she headed the firm’s Corporate and Legal administration Department.  Following the reorganization of the firm into Client Service Teams she now holds the position of the Subject Matter Expert in Legal Administration and advises and reviews related issues. She also coordinates the firm’s cooperation with our Legal Associates and External Lawyers.Elena Chrysanthou is a qualified lawyer with more than 25 years of experience specializing in the setting up of companies both onshore and offshore as well as in all aspects of administration and secretarial work.Prior to joining CPM, Elena gained substantial experience in the legal and administration fields while working at Christodoulos G. Vassiliades & Co Law Firm and Michael Chrysanthou & Co Audit Firm as well as in the International Business Services department of KPMG Cyprus.

Arlene Nahikian Subject Matter Expert - Banking
Arlene joined CPM in 1996 as a Senior Manager in the Banking Department. She has extensive expertise in a wide range of banking services, including the setting up and handling of corporate bank accounts and negotiating documentary credits.Prior to joining CPM, Arlene worked for a number of established multinational firms, including Coopers and Lybrand and KPMG. Over the years, she has developed close ties with major banks in Cyprus and abroad and considerable experience in assisting clients in dealing with banks and investment companies.

Stella Riri Subject Matter Expert - Accounting
Stella joined CPM in 2013 as a Manager in Nicosia Office. Prior to joining the Cyproman Group she worked as a Senior Manager in the Assurance department of KPMG where she acquired strong expertise in audit methodologies and techniques. Her duties included audits of public companies and banks, preparation of management reports on audit findings and evaluation of the control environment and procedural standards. Stella currently holds the position of subject matter expert in the accounting sector, aiming to achieve excellence in the firm’s quality standards and client service.

Marina Krashia Human Resources Manager
Marina joined CPM in 2018 as the Human Resources Manager with the aim to develop further the Human Resources Strategy of the company, but also to support the company to achieve its objectives and strategic goals. Marina has more than 11 years of considerable experience in the HR field including hiring and retention, training and development, performance management and employee relations. Prior to joining CPM, Marina’s major work experience was in the Human Resources Department of one of the biggest Accountants and Management Consultants firm in Cyprus,  where she developed a broad range of skills such as communication, organizational and decision making skills, training & developmental skills, budgeting and empathetic skills.

Andreas Panayiotou Client Relationship Manager
Andreas joined CPM in November 2019 as Customer Relationship manager and together with a dedicated team of professionals serves a wide range of high profile institutional and private clients in the areas of accounting, taxation and corporate administration. Andreas is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in international structures and he serves on the board of selective client entities, presenting, evaluating and implementing new opportunities which are aligned in the overall strategy of the clients. In his role Andreas has oversight of, and direct involvement in, client relationships. Andreas began his professional career with Big 4 Firm working as an auditor and then specialising in local and international taxation. During that time, he participated in a numerous international reorganizations and Merger and Acquisition projects advising and helping clients in the implementation of tailored made-structures involving Cyprus. He subsequently spent time at another fiduciary service firm expanding his knowledge in corporate administration and obtained a solid knowledge of corporate governance by managing and handling a portfolio of client entities.

Angela Englezou Client Relationship Manager
Prior to joining CPM, Angela was a member of a well-known Cyprus Law Firm. She joined CPM in 2006, taking a leading role in both the Legal and Banking departments of the Larnaca Office. In 2018 she assumed Team Leader responsibilities for the entirety of the Larnaca Office, bringing together 15 years of extensive experience in Companies Law, Corporate Management and Fiduciary Administration. As a Client Relationship Manager, Angela enabled the successful conclusion of several cross-border transactions and acquisition deals, planned and coordinated to their completion numerous setups, newly incorporations, and complex restructurings of both International and Cyprus Companies.

Christos Daveronas Information Technology Manager
Christos Daveronas has more than 15 years of work experience in Information Technology, IT Infrastructure, User Support, Networking, and Security. He started his career as an IT Manager in the Retail Sector, employed by a leading local Consumer Electronics importer/distributor/wholesaler with more than 20 branches nationwide. Prior to working with CPM, he joined the Bakery-Production Sector as an IT Manager and a member of the restructuring team of the organization. In 2014 he joined CPM as an IT Manager and Head of the IT Department. His past work experience has assisted Christos in effectively managing the on-premises ICT infrastructure, computer systems, hardware, networking, and IT security of CPM. Christos continuously shapes the ICT strategy and validates the smooth running and effective operation of all ICT assets within the organization. For the past 5 years Christos with the support of his team, lead many client-specific projects namely the provision IT services and support to clients, by coordinating internal departments, client-facing teams, and clients.

Demetris Savvides Deputy Subject Matter Expert – Manager Legal Administration
Demetris joined CPM in 2015 as Legal Administrator and progressed into the role of Deputy Subject Matter Expert in Legal Administration in 2020. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the corporate and commercial sectors and has oversight of the operations of the Corporate and Legal Administration Department. Demetris has also acquired vast experience in restructuring and insolvency from his involvement in numerous projects as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Greta Skemaite Manager - Legal Administration
Greta joined CPM in 2015 and carry responsibilities as the Manager in the Legal Administration dept. She handles a wide international portfolio specializing in all aspects of corporate administration. Greta is a member of the International Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), which is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues. She actively practices her knowledge in trust creation and administration, working with the trusts established and/or administrated by CPM. Prior to joining CPM, she worked in the international law firm for 4 years in the position of advocate in the International Debt Collection dept.

Irene Hadjigeorgiou Trustee Services Supervisor
Irene joined CPM in 2003 as a Trust Administrator. She is responsible of the firm’s Trust Department and has extensive experience in trustee services and especially in the Cyprus International Trusts law. She is a paralegal with direct interaction with clients, handles complex trust structures, manages large projects of trusts which fall under employee participation programmes, ensures that AML rules and regulations are adhered to, deals with trusts’ FATCA/CRS reporting, maintains the trusts’ registry and notify the firm’s Regulator as per ASP law. Irene also worked as a fund administrator and gained substantial experience in this field. Prior to joining Cyproman, Irene worked for multinational firms including HSBC Bank as a head of the Customer Service and Support and Member of the Management Committee. Over the 15 years work experience in the banking sector, she has gained extensive experience in the private banking, foreign exchange deals, issuance of debit/credit cards and credit facilities services.

Petros Zapitis Compliance Officer
Petros Zapitis had began his professional career at a Big 4 Firm as an auditor and consequently he progressed as an audit Manager, where he gained international experience and had the opportunity to work with global groups of companies in various fields. He joined CPM in 2016 as Customer Relationship Manager and together with a dedicated team of professionals has been servicing a portfolio of clients comprising of a wide range of high profile institutional and private clients. In 2019, he joined the Compliance Department of CPM and assumed the role of Transaction Monitoring Officer for the entire clientele of the firm where he was responsible for the effective operation of the Banking Department from a compliance perspective, in line with the Cyprus AML/CFT Law and the applicable EU AML Directives. Subsequently in 2021, he progressed into the role of the Compliance Officer of the firm, utilising successfully his diversity of experience and knowledge in accounting, corporate administration, corporate governance, the Companies Law and the AML Law. As the Compliance Officer, Petros is responsible for the effective operation of the Compliance Department of the firm, in line with the Cyprus AML/CFT Law and the applicable EU AML Directives. He is working in partnership with the management team to create a strategic plan and designs and implements new procedures, processes and controls to achieve it. He is also providing continuous advice and guidance to client servicing teams on subjects related to compliance and transaction monitoring.

Savvoula Orphanou VAT Advisory / Payroll Manager
Savvoula joined CPM in January 2020 as a VAT Advisory Manager and in February was appointed as a Payroll Manager too, dealing with the execution of the monthly payrolls of CPM’s clients and with the Migration issues that CPM clients might facing. Savvoula began her professional career with Big 4 Firm as an auditor where she gained valuable experience in audit methodologies and techniques, social insurance issues, direct and indirect taxes legislation in Cyprus. After 2015 she was specialising in VAT advisory services again working with a Big 4 Firm.

Marios Charalambous Manager
Marios joined CPM in October 2015 as Supervisor in the Accounting and Payroll Department. From March 2018 Marios was appointed as Manager of CPF. Before joining the Cyproman Group, he worked in the Financial Planning department for a major Canadian oil & gas company and he reached the level of Senior Auditor with EY Cyprus in the Financial Services group (FSI). His previous duties enabled him to gain broad knowledge in the Financial Services, Investment Holding, General Insurance and Oil and Gas Sector, as well as extensive experience in financial accounting, budgeting and reporting.
