Cyproman Services Ltd (CPM) was incorporated in 1996 and commenced operations in the same year to initially provide trustee services to selected clients.

Over the years, the company grew significantly and expanded its range of services driven by its clients’ needs. As the complexity of services increased, the company's offerings were organized into the following categories:

AML COMPLIANCE We Pay Special Attention To The “Know Your Customer”

At CPM we pay special attention to the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) principles and to due diligence processes, which form the core part of the Administrative Service Provider (ASP) Anti-Money Laundering policy and requirements, among others, to implement prescribed procedures for customer identification, record-keeping, and internal reporting. We do this by conducting thorough KYC checks prior to servicing any new client, in accordance with the relevant compliance and Anti-Money Laundering policies and guidelines of our firm. Existing clients’ identification records are maintained and are regularly updated throughout the business relationship.

MEMBERSHIP Member of A Network Of Independent Licensed Firms

Cyproman Services Limited has become a member of a Network of Independent Licensed firms around the world, distinguished in their areas of practice in their country, offering a wide range of services, under the name “Delphi Alliance”. The objective of the Alliance is the linking of professionals from eleven different lines of services around the world and creating synergies and opportunities for the member firms.

Although the members of the Alliance are independent firms using their own brand name, operating under their own business and operational plans, they are governed by the ethics, Bylaws and rulebook set by the Alliance.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS ACCA Approved Employers – Trainee Development, Gold Certificate

CPM is an Administrative Service Provider authorized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission with registration number 56/196, in accordance with the Law Regulating Companies providing Administrative Services and Related Matters (No. 196(I)/2012).

Based on this certification, trainees studying towards the ACCA qualification can claim exemption from the performance objective component of their practical experience requirements (PER).
