Charalambos joined CPM in 2016 as the Larnaca Office Manager, responsible for the overall management of the Larnaca operations, performance, and business development activities. In 2017 Charalambos was appointed as COO of the group while maintaining his involvement and role with the Larnaca Office.
Charalambos has brought to CPM two decades of multicultural exposure in business, covering a wide range of experience in retail commerce, new venture finance, and strategic management consulting. Prior to joining CPM, Charalambos managed the operations of a consulting firm operating in Cyprus and Qatar, and before that he served as the Chief Executive Director of a national retail and wholesale trading company in Cyprus, where he managed the import/export network, partners and foreign relations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He is experienced in negotiations in commercial trading, ground operations, project management, and in human resources.
Charalambos additional experience as a consultant with the U.S. Small Business Administration Agency based in Washington D.C. gave him a unique understanding of entrepreneurial development, business financing, and advocacy for small businesses in the United States, as well as a holistic approach in implementing process improvement methods and strategic management to entrepreneurships across three states and the District of Columbia.
