Compliance Administrator for our Larnaca office

General Description:
Has the responsibility to review the information received by the Legal Administrators based on the guidance given by the Compliance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the compliance risk assessment process ensuring that all compliance risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported and monitored
  • Maintain a good understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements and provide advice and guidance to the various departments
  • Keep abreast and review of new and amended regulations and advise on necessary actions to be taken
  • Maintain all related information in the electronic system of the company
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic and other reports
  • Identify, examine and report suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Provide recommendations/advice to business lines on best practices implementation of CySEC’ s regulatory requirements
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration or any other related discipline
  • Completion of CySec exams will be considered an advantage
  • At least 2 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
