In our effort to further enhance our customer-centric approach and driven by our desire to continuously realign in order to meet the ever-changing requirements of our clients, we have recently reorganized and adopted a customer-centric structure with one point of contact and one service team dedicated to each client. We have seven Client Relationship Management Teams across our offices in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos which include multilingual service experts in the areas of Legal Administration, Accounting, Banking and other services. In this way, we are aiming to ensure a fully integrated and more personalized service to our clients.
The Client Relationship Managers have the objective of managing, enhancing and protecting CPM’s relationship with our clients. Their primary responsibility is ensuring client satisfaction and service quality and they will function as a single point of contact for the client. The Client Relationship Managers have already started contacting their clients directly.
The reorganization is effective immediately and forms part of a bigger business transformation project aiming to enable CPM to achieve its strategic target of becoming the leading financial service provider with international presence operating from Cyprus.
