Experience

Prior to joining CPM, Angela was a member of a well-known Cyprus Law Firm. She joined CPM in 2006, taking a leading role in both the Legal and Banking departments of the Larnaca Office.

In 2018 she assumed Team Leader responsibilities for the entirety of the Larnaca Office, bringing together 15 years of extensive experience in Companies Law, Corporate Management and Fiduciary Administration. As a Client Relationship Manager, Angela enabled the successful conclusion of several cross-border transactions and acquisition deals, planned and coordinated to their completion numerous setups, newly incorporations, and complex restructurings of both International and Cyprus Companies.

Qualifications

Accounting and Financing Management, International Institute of Business Management, British Awarding Association.
