Human Resources Administrator General Description:

We are currently seeking to recruit a high-calibre Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Nicosia .

Role Overview:

As a Human Resource Administrator, he/she will play an active and integral role in the daily operations of our HR department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the effective day-to-day operation of the HR function.
  • Handle a wide range of HR administrative duties with accuracy and discretion.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Assist in all stages of the recruitment and selection process, helping to attract and retain top talent.
  • Contribute to the smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and prepare the company’s annual training plan.
  • Participate in designing and executing performance appraisal processes to support professional growth and development.
  • Undertake various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
  • University degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in HR administration role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
