Banking Administrator General Description:

Has the responsibility to organize and complete the banking related work for the clientele portfolio assigned to him/her and ensure that the objectives and deadlines are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effective opening of bank accounts.
  • Transferring of amounts between bank accounts.
  • Following up of due diligence.
  • Effectively completing the related forms.
  • Preparation of the related authorization letters.
  • Completion of corporate documents.
  • Filing of forms to the appropriate location.
  • Completes assigned work on a timely manner.
  • Informs the Banking Superior of any urgent issues he/she might faces.
  • Files documents in the appropriate location based on the filing structure of the company.
  • Uses efficiently the electronic system of the company.
  • Implements established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business related discipline would be considered an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
