Human Resource Administrator General Description:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the overall running of the HR function.
  • Performs day-to-day HR administrative duties.
  • Deals with employee queries.
  • Organizes and maintains employee records.
  • Assists on the recruitment and selection process.
  • Take part on the on-boarding of new employees.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Define in cooperation with the HR team the training needs of our people and produce the company’s training plan.
  • Provide support in designing and implementing the Performance Appraisals procedure. 
  • Performs various HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • University Degree in HR Management or any other relevant field.  
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office & Excel)
Renumeration:
